Tim Snow

Tim is responsible for setting up the Procurement function within Debenhams and thereafter managing ongoing Procurement for goods not for resale including: developing the strategy and a plan for action, recruiting a team of positive; passionate go getting Procurement experts delivering new and innovative commercial strategies and leveraging supplier and partner experience to develop mutually beneficial solutions. Prior to his role at Debenhams, Tim set up the Procurement Team at Estee Lauder Group (30 brands) in the UK and the IT Procurement team in the U.S. driving significant bottom line business benefit. That followed a path of transformation projects at The Home Office, Prudential, British Airways and 3. Tim has a broad range of experience from setting up Procurement functions and gaining that all important buy-in; driving category strategies and business benefits and bringing wider commercial thinking through market knowledge and thinking fundamentally differently about business opportunities and problems.
