Kaushik has had the unique experience of working in engineering (Excel Macros, VBA and SQL), procurement market research (200+ category intelligence reports across multiple indirect commodities), procurement analytics (Tableau - Dashboards) and category management positions over the last 7 years. As Head of Procurement Analytics in HSBC, he is currently focused on category innovation and development of effective strategies across top spend categories in the indirect space with a strong motto of bench-marking annual commodity spend with external market conditions. His strong foundation in Market Research and developing procurement Intelligence for Fortune 500 Indirect Category Managers has helped him in implementing several projects in the field of Resourcing, Travel, IT, Consulting, Marketing, IFM and CRE.
