Gareth Williams

Gareth is responsible for delivering the central procurement strategy, with particular focus on procurement systems, procurement operations and reporting for M&S. Prior to this Gareth worked across a number of procurement categories including outsourcing (both on-shore and off-shore), banking & payments, facilities management and consumer sales / data. His current responsibilities include P2P system replacement, Supplier Relationship Management system rollout and development of procurement systems strategy. Tim will be speaking about M&S’ experience in developing a compelling business case for the implementation of a new P2P system. This will include the process they have been through, the supplier landscape, the issues they have experienced and the hurdles they have overcome.
